Due to the nature of made-to-order metal furniture, AA Furniture does not offer order cancellation, refunds, or returns.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation
  • No refunds are provided

2. Reason for This Policy

This policy applies because:

  • Manufacturing starts immediately after order confirmation
  • Materials are allocated specifically for each order
  • Dimensions and finishes are customized per customer
  • Products cannot be resold to another customer

3. Limited Exception (Shipping Damage Only)

Our responsibility applies only in the case of:

  • Visible damage caused during transportation

Conditions:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the damage

In such cases:

  • The damaged part will be repaired or replaced
  • No monetary refund will be issued

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Confirming correct measurements before ordering
  • Reviewing all order details prior to confirmation
  • Providing an accurate and complete delivery address

5. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, the customer:

  • Acknowledges full acceptance of this policy
  • Confirms that the order is final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable
