Due to the nature of made-to-order metal furniture, AA Furniture does not offer order cancellation, refunds, or returns.
1. No Cancellation & No Refund
- Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation
- No refunds are provided
- No return policy is available
2. Reason for This Policy
This policy applies because:
- Manufacturing starts immediately after order confirmation
- Materials are allocated specifically for each order
- Dimensions and finishes are customized per customer
- Products cannot be resold to another customer
3. Limited Exception (Shipping Damage Only)
Our responsibility applies only in the case of:
- Visible damage caused during transportation
Conditions:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the damage
In such cases:
- The damaged part will be repaired or replaced
- No monetary refund will be issued
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Confirming correct measurements before ordering
- Reviewing all order details prior to confirmation
- Providing an accurate and complete delivery address
5. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on our website, the customer:
- Acknowledges full acceptance of this policy
- Confirms that the order is final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable
