Delivery & Shipping Policy AA Furniture
Because AA Furniture is a metal furniture manufacturing factory operating on a made-to-order basis, all products are manufactured specifically after an order is confirmed.
1. Nature of Orders
- All products are manufactured by order
- No ready stock is available for immediate shipping
- Production starts only after order confirmation
2. Manufacturing Period
- The fixed manufacturing period is two full weeks (14 working days); however, this period may increase depending on the order quantity and production requirements.
- Shipping does not take place:
- Before the two weeks
- During the two weeks
Shipping is arranged after the manufacturing period is fully completed.
3. Delivery Timeline
After the manufacturing period is completed:
- Our team will contact the customer to arrange delivery
- Delivery time depends on the location:
- Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days
- Other governorates: 4–10 business days
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are not fixed
- Costs are calculated based on:
- Product size
- Product weight
- Delivery address
- The shipping cost is confirmed before order execution
5. Delivery Requirements
- A responsible person must be present at delivery
- Delivery does not include:
- Installation
- Carrying to upper floors without an elevator
6. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
If there is damage caused only by transportation:
- The issue must be documented with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours
